We are located at a triangle of lagoon land that divides the Grand Canal from the Giudecca Canal: Punta della Dogana.
In this area rich in history stands Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, an emblematic masterpiece of Venetian baroque, as well as the Dogana complex, consisting of a seventeenth-century building whose role was fundamental to the trade of the Republic of Venice and which now houses a contemporary art centre connected to Palazzo Grassi.
The prestigious premisses made available by ENGIM Veneto are located in a charming and quiet area of the Zattere district, at Punta della Dogana. As well as having classrooms with brand new interactive teaching facilities, the campus offers students the only multidisciplinary sports ground in Venice. Students also have a magnificent view of the Chiesa della Salute. A cloister is adjacent to the campus and offers atmospheres reflecting the soul of Venice.
The philosophy of bbw Italy, small classes and continuous training, provides students with an on-site tutor to support them during their course and give them initial information on how to settle in Venice. Venice is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after destinations for world tourism and at the same time manages to be safe and totally on a human scale.
Besides being an open-air museum, Venice is a vibrant city thanks to the countless venues, the friendliness of the Venetians and the presence of more than 20,000 students from all over the world.
Facilities available to students on bbw Italy degree courses include a library and fully equipped classrooms.
Sports activities are favoured and the proximity of ENGIM Veneto facilities, such as the Marinelli Fonte Technical Institute for Tourism and Sport, allows students at the bbw Campus to practise various disciplines, with a wide choice of sports and specifically lagoon activities, as well as to attend courses to obtain diving and rescue licences.
bbw Italy Venice Campus is located in a structure of historic buildings that have been recently renovated to make them accessible and usable for all students.
Courses, lectures and seminars are held in multimedia classrooms with smart boards.
A free WiFi network is accessible to students in all Campus spaces.
bbw Italy is located in a privileged point to discover the lagoon city.
Punta della Dogana area in the Dorsoduro district is accessible by several ferry lines with stops near the Campus.
Within the buildings of the Dogana itself is the space converted to an art centre by Palazzo Grassi.
The surroundings continue the story of the cultural and artistic history of the city and beyond: historic sites and palaces such as Palazzo Salviati or Palazzo Dario alternate with outstanding museums such as the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Gallerie dell'Accademia or the Fondazione Vedova.
The experience of Venice is inescapable without imagining getting lost among the calli and alleys that intersect in the urban fabric, skirting the canals and crossing them with small bridges. As you follow these narrow streets, in addition to the artistic and cultural routes, you will find food and wine routes that represent another aspect of the lagoon: the flavours and ingredients of its cuisine.

From the bbw Italy Campus you can walk to cinemas and theatres for shows, concerts and performances.
